First time on my MTB since last October - and it shows :( Where the hell has the time gone?

This was quite possibly my slowest lap of Cwmcarn ever, & I couldn't sit down for 2 days afterwards. Must do something about that saddle. Or my backside. Or both.

Despite that, it was good fun, though I've definitely lost my edge on some of the technical bits.

Stage 3 of the dumbing-down of the freeride area seems to have occurred: first they removed the 3 timber drop-offs, then they removed the vertical wall, now I see the corkscrew has gone the same way. It's now a very, very tame freeride area.
